Shipping Information

How will you know your Order has been shipped?

As soon as you place an order with Sagitine Pty Ltd (ABN 51166484608) you will receive an email confirmation.  Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming dispatch as well as the relevant details for tracking your delivery.

How long until you receive your Order?

Delivery very much depends on your location.   Please see below for more detail

Australia:

Sydney:  If your order is placed before 12pm we will endeavour to deliver same day for the Sydney metropolitan area.   For other areas in NSW, delivery will be 3-5 business days.   For urgent deliveries please contact us at info@sagitine.com and we will endeavour to get it to you.

Rest of Australia and New Zealand:  Metropolitan areas will receive their orders in 3-5 business days and more remote locations 5-10 days.

Hong Kong:  If your order is placed before 12pm then delivery will be same day, otherwise next day delivery.   For urgent deliveries please contact us at info@sagitine.com and we will endeavour to get it to you. 

All other locations:    Please contact us at info@sagitine.com for delivery costs and times

Delivery Services – Courier or Post

Delivery will be via our preferred courier and costs will be calculated based on weight and distance in the checkout. Please note for delivery of large items to remote areas, we may be required to obtain a quote separately, and a customer service member will contact you directly. 

Your Shipping Address

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.   It is very important to ship to a location that can accept deliveries between 9-5pm weekdays.   This ensures redelivery fees won’t be charged.

We are not able to ship to Post Office boxes

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. 

Insurance

Sagitine will cover the insurance of your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Sagitine and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Sagitine  recognises that climate change is one of the important issues we face today and have introduced a carbon-offsetting scheme to help negate the carbon footprint of shipping our products.
Effectively, when you select the Carbon Offset option you are helping neutralise the carbon dioxide that goes into the atmosphere from the process of shipping your order.  At checkout you will see an option to offset the shipment. By selecting this box, the amount of carbon is automatically calculated and the offset fee is added to your shipping cost – usually well under a $1.00. This fee is used to invest in projects that remove or prevent greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere.  

 

Returns & exchanges

It is our aim at Sagitine to ensure you are extremely happy with your experience with our products.

Sagitine will be very happy to refund or exchange any item which you are not 100% happy with. We will pay return postage on any faulty item, however, should you not like an item and wish to return it, you will be responsible for return postage.  Please note your original postage payment is non-refundable.

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition.  Please return your goods to us yourself or call us on +61 498 498 489  or + 852 5803 2290 and we should be able to arrange collection in most locations.

Damages/missing items

All damaged goods/missing items must be reported in writing (info@sagitine.com) within 5 days of receipt.  Outside this timeframe we regret that we are unable to assist with replacements etc. We strongly recommend that you inspect your delivery the moment it arrives so that we may assist in the unlikely event of a problem.   Please be aware that the boxes are made from coated cardboard and are subject to damage if they are not treated with care.
